1. Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Refunds will be issued in accordance with this payment method, as detailed below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

4. Return Process

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that show signs of use or wear

  • Items returned after the return window
